AURA Collagen is a liquid-elixir formulated with essential amino acids to help in collagen formation to rejuvenate skin, hair, nails and support joints. Marine collagen is purest and safest sourced of collagen, it is also considered the best source of collagen, given its bio-availability (1.5 times more bovine) and superior absorption. Marine collagen peptides are smaller which allows the body to more easily digest and absorb its amino acids. As Type I, it has the highest amount of amino acids glycine, proline, hydroxyproline (2x more than bovine, 4x more than chicken) – these amino acids are what gives you beautiful, and glowing, healthy skin.

Hydrolyzed marine collagen (wild-caught fish from Canada, (cod, haddock, pollack) 4500 mg, water/aqua, organic palm-free glycerin (from sesame, flax, castor and sunflower), potassium sorbate (from mountain ash berries), Vitamin C as absorbic acid.
Coconut: organic coconut flavour.
Passionfruit: organic passionfruit flavour.
Wild-berry Hibiscus: organic wildberry (blueberry, blackberry, raspberry) flavour, organic hibiscus extract (contains additional antioxidants).
All you need is two teaspoons a day (4.5g of hydrolyzed collagen) to mix with a beverage of your choice. You can mix in water, coffee, juice, smoothie, champagne, or even take it straight. Go ahead, get creative
If you'd like to see faster results, such as if your hair is thinning, joints are hurting, or noticing a loss of collagen volume, you can take up to four teaspoons a day (9g of hydrolyzed collagen).

This product is good and it works BUT the price is high. This is the highest-end collagen product I have ever used, both with its results and the way it tastes and smells. Naturally, something this high-end is going to cost more than the usual stuff, which already was expensive as is. This product is like the Lamborghini of collagen products.

First, I trust marine-based collagen more so than bovine-based. Second I have low tolerance for powdered collagen products. They might be better - I’m not saying this is true. - I just can’t stand powders in my morning coffee.
This coconut flavoured collagen is just right. Not too tropical but it has a nice enough mouth-feel that I can skip the cream in my coffee.
Only downside is that this bottle is a horrible pour. I can’t figure out how to measure my 2 tsps without getting the lid and rim all sticky.
The coconut flavour is my favourite. I have definitely noticed improvement in my hair, skin, nails, and joints from taking this daily!
