I've heard green tea extract can negatively impact liver health, should I be considered taking your product?
Green tea contains a powerful antioxidant called Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) that is excellent for fighting cellular damage. However, in high doses (over 800mg per day) EGCG has the potential to cause liver damage. Radiance contains the equivalent of 100mg/day of EGCG which is well within a healthy limit to take advantage of the wonderful health benefits. Please note that green teas and other greens supplement powders can also contain green tea extract so be sure to moderate your intake accordingly.
