We ship internationally. All standard shipping within Canada and the United States is with Tracked Packages only; however, international shipping may not include tracking. If you'd like to track your shipment, please ensure you select upgraded shipping options.
Canada & United States: All orders within Canada & United States are eligible for free standard shipping over $75. Express shipping is available for an additional cost.
Global: Standard shipping rates apply to each order, as listed. For supplement-based products like Aura Inner Beauty's you can only import in low quantities for personal use.
We accept returns and exchanges for unused, sealed products that are in re-saleable condition. As our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.
Making a return or exchange for a product purchased from aurainnerbeauty.com is easy! Just make sure you send your unopened product(s) back to us within 30 days of receiving your order together with a copy of your order confirmation. Please notify us of your intention to return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure it is processed in a timely manner. Please note shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost. Customs duties, taxes and fees are non-refundable through Aura Inner Beauty. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us immediately if your product is damaged so we can send you a replacement (within 1 week of delivery). Send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
