We ship internationally. All standard shipping within Canada and the United States is with Tracked Packages only; however, international shipping may not include tracking. If you'd like to track your shipment, please ensure you select upgraded shipping options.
Canada & United States: All orders within Canada & United States are eligible for free standard shipping. Express shipping is available for an additional cost.
Global: Standard shipping rates apply to each order. For supplement-based products like Aura Inner Beauty's you can only import in low quantities for personal use.
For Canada: We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you’re not happy with your purchase please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we’ll be more than happy to issue you a return label! Return labels are generated automatically if your return meets the above conditions. Click here to process your return.
For United States & International: We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you’re not happy with your purchase please contact us within 30 days of receipt; however, you have to pay for return shipping.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns if 30 days has passed or if the product has been considerably used.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us immediately if your product is damaged so we can send you a replacement. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
